Move public transport forward through innovation

Information about the event

The event featured high-level keynote speakers, who shared their inspiring solutions.

There were interactive workshops and plenty of opportunities for networking and sharing views. Participants had the chance to explore innovative public transport concepts and tools and learn how to apply them.

On top of that, participants gained useful insights on passenger needs and how to co-create innovative ideas with them. CIPTEC showed how you can change someone's travel behaviour with small and affordable interventions.

Location

Because of the Seafood Festival, hotel rooms in Brussels are overbooked or cost much more than usually. We recommend you to look for rooms at areas close to Brussels, such as Leuven, Gent, Mechelen etc. There you can find reasonable prices for hotels and you can easily reach the conference's venue at Brussels, since there are frequent train services connecting all neighbouring places with Brussels. We’ve made special deals with two hotels in Leuven: please contact conference@ciptec.eu if you want more info.
